THAT, THIS OR IT!

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that <5124>?  will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Whatsoever: The whatever, whosoever, whatsoever, no matter how big, small, difficult, impossible in the realm of Jesus Name, or what He wills for us to do by His voice.

“That “is Strong’s number # 5124 (Touto): “That thing, or this thing.”

The “That” (touto) is in the Greek accusative noun case.

In the Greek, the accusative case is just what it says. The accusing finger points towards the object that will receive all judgment, sentence, or wrath. It’s a receptacle into where all is focused or pointed to. The accused object is the receptacle or the goal of the judgment.

If we turn this into to something good, the object, placed in the accusative case, is the thing that all benefits is poured or funneled into.

Because Jesus is the God of the now and immediacy, He answers “that thing” or “this thing” whatsoever, whatever, or whosoever it is, in the whenever, or when we ask Him to.

“If you should petition Me for something, whether it is, that thing, or this thing within My Name, I will perform (do; make; create; form) this thing, or that thing, when you ask me.

I have recently discovered this thrilling principle in ministry.

The Hebrew word for faith is “emunah” from where our word ‘amen” or “so be it” originates.

One Bible translator interjects the word confidence wherever faith appears.

Nothing moves God more than our asking Him with “radical, stepping out into the water confidence” that what we ask WILL happen just as we entreated Him.

Eph 3:12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

Access into God’s invisible treasures comes by faith that is “soaking wet” in boldness and confidence. I call it “humble demanding.”

John 14:13  And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that<5124>?  will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Whatsoever we ask in the realm of Jesus Name or His will, that thing, or this thing, He will do, when He we ask Him.

I have tried out this principle in ministry and “it’s out of the box radical awesomeness.”  It works!

Jesus wants to give us so much more than what we can think.

It’s our limited, doubting, unbelieving, box thinking that restricts Him.

Repentance is the word “metanous or metanoia”, or the exchange of one brain for another so that we can enter in and do the works of the kingdom.

Our greatest enemy is not the devil, it’s our unrenewed mind.

The church is in serious need of a brainwashing.

If we can ask believing in our hearts…I say believing, without doubting!

If you can’t believe in your heart, most probably it’s not the will of God. But if you can believe it, Jesus will give to you as specific and as targeted, proportionally to how targeted and specifically you were in what you asked.

The more exact you are with your request, the more exact you will receive from Jesus. The more believing you are for immediacy of answer, the quicker that Jesus will answer you.

We have not begun to scratch the surface of how much and how fast Jesus wants to give to us, if we’d just stop doubting and beating around the proverbial bush of fear.

Exactness in asking, exactness in getting. Specificity in your requests, specificity in your answers. Try it out!

Mt 8:9  For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this <5124>, and he doeth it.

Mt 9:28  And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this <5124>? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

Here are two instances of the marvelous word “touto”.   As I said, “touto” is defined as “that thing”, or “this thing.”

The marvel which Jesus exhibited at the faith of the centurion is that what the centurion commanded his servant to do, about this thing, and that thing, it was accomplished. This is faith, this is authority, this is emunah, this is confidence.

How about you stepping out in ministry and commanding this thing and that thing to happen, when you say it?

Jesus asks you today, “believe ye that I am able to do thing and that thing just as you wish?

We had two prayer lines yesterday during our service. I began to flow more into commanding this thing and that thing to be given to the people. To my shock, God obliged me in everything I commanded.

Emunah, my friends, emunah. It was powerful and exhilarating. Our God is so good.

14  If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. (IT) The thing asked

The direct object can be found in the formula of the “subject + verb” = the direct object.

“Ye” or “you” is the subject, “ask “is the verb.

The word “it” is not in the Greek text, but is interpolated.

Jesus doubles on His promise. “That thing, or this thing, whatsoever it is, and when you ask me, that thing, I will do IT!” Glory!
