1 Cor 2:11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
“Knoweth” this discusses intuitive knowledge. Intuitive knowledge allows us to know that a girl’s dress is red. We don’t have to attend school to know this. This is gut feeling knowledge.
All spiritual gifts work through gut feeling intuitive knowledge.
Intuitive knowledge is an anointing.
Discernment works through this intuitive gut feeling knowledge.
One of the great sins of the church is lack of discernment. Discernment should always be working. The default position of the church should always be discernment.
Yet the church commits most of its mistakes by its not using discernment, but rather functioning by a social, cultural, or feared driven causes and not the voice of the Spirit. This is a huge mistake with many tragic reprisals. I have seen the church forfeit destiny time and time again by sacrificing the voice of the Spirit’s discernment on the altars of these things, and so far it does not seem to be getting better.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Because we have received the Holy Spirit we have the same ability to have a perfect intuitive knowledge of everything that God has given to us graciously and freely.
“That we might know” is in the perfect subjunctive. The perfect describes a completed event with an eternal impact. The subjunctive is not a guarantor that something automatically occurs. The subjunctive is an act of our will. Sometimes the occurrence of something will be conditional on the choice of our will. This is the subjunctive. Hence, though God has given us a perfect intuitive knowledge of all things which He freely gives to us, if we don’t exercise our will in obtaining them, we wons get tehm.
John 5:20 For the Father loveth ( phileo not agape) the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.
For the Father is fond of the Son and out of that fondness shows Him all things that He does in a way that can be proven and for proof, and greater than these works will he show you with the goal in His mind that you may wonder.
The word for love is not agape but phileo. This means to like somebody or be fond of them. Philadelphia is brotherly fondness. So be comforted that God does not only love you, He likes you.
Know that continually, at all moments, the Father is exhibiting within us all that He does in way that we can understand and confirm what he says, and then manifest it outwardly as proof into the world.

1 John 2:20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
You have a continuing unction or smearing. from the Holy One and know intuitively (in the same way that God does,) all type of things.
The unction, unguent, smearing, or ointment carried in the Christian is equal to Christ’s. All the anointing that we need for every circumstance comes from the resident ointment or unguent of the Spirit.
This is the call for the discernment of the church. For discernment to work, every social, cultural, monetary, or church related cause must bow its knee to the discernment of the voice of the Holy Spirit. If it does not, deception and error will automatically ensue.
