Joh 6:48 I am the Bread of life.
Joh 6:49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died.”

Joh 6:50 This is the Bread which is descending out of heaven that anyone may be eating of it and may not be dying.

If we do not eat we die
Joh 6:51 I am the living Bread which descends out of heaven. If anyone should be eating of this Bread, he shall be living for the eon. Now the Bread also, which I shall be giving for the sake of the life of the world, is My flesh.”
Be living into eternity
Joh 6:52 The Jews, then, fought with one another, saying, “How then can this one give us his flesh to eat?
Joh 6:53 Jesus, then, said to them, “Verily, verily, I am saying to you, If you should not be eating the flesh of the Son of Mankind and drinking His blood, you have no eonian life in yourselves.”
As people need food and drink to live in the natural life we need to devour and consume the Son of God to partake of a life available to us now which is eternal in quality and nature. The more that you devour and consume from the Person of Christ in you the more that you partake of this type of a life.
Joh 6:54 He who is masticating My flesh and drinking My blood has life eonian, cand I shall be raising him in the last day,
The one who is masticating…gnawing at, chewing, grinding, crunching the Person of Christ and drinking His blood is having this kind of life
Joh 6:55 for My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink.”
For my flesh is a genuine feeding and my blood is a genuine feeding
Joh 6:56 He who is masticating My flesh and drinking My blood is remaining in Me, and I in him.”
The one who is masticating…gnawing at, chewing, grinding, crunching Me and drinking me come into revelational union with Me.
Joh 6:57 According as the living Father commissions Me, I, also, am living because of the Father. And he who is masticating Me, he also will be living because of Me.”
According as apostolically commissions me the Living Father and I am living through the Father, He who is masticating and crunching me will also be living through his revelational union with me.
Joh 6:58 This is the Bread which descends out of heaven. Not according as the fathers ate and died; he who is munching, masticating, and crunching, this Bread shall be living for the eon of eons.”
Not as the fathers consumed and devoured and died, but the one masticating this particular type of bread will live forever
