Col 2:9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
The apostle Paul states that in or inside of Christ lives the Godhead.
The Godhead is the relationship which the Father and the Son enjoy and is manifested by the Holy Spirit.
Because Christ lives in the Christian, the Godhead, and its activity, exists in him or her.
1Jo 1:3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us. Yes, and our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
The Apostle John declares that the Christian’s fellowship or association is with the Godhead itself.
It is essential then, for the Christian to comprehend a bit of what are the roles of The Father and the Son within the Godhead as they relate with each other in him or her.
Understanding the functions of these two Persons, who are untied as one with the third Person, the Holy Spirit, is critical to the abundant Christian life.
The following scriptures describe some of the functions of The Son within the Godhead.
Joh 1:3 All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.
Col 3:11 where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave or freeman, but Christ is all things in all.
Col 1:16 for in Him is all created, that in the heavens and that on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones, or lordships, or sovereignties, or authorities, all is created through Him and for Him,
Col 1:17 And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.
Inside of Christ dwells all creation. The vastness of this, mere human mind cannot fathom. Let’s simplify it a bit.
Every blueprint, schematic and pattern of all things which God the Father has created dwells in Christ. Sin has temporarily marred part of God’s creation. Yet, the unmarred and unflawed originals, the prototypes and archetypes, the models, blueprints, and schematics of God’s perfect creation dwell in Christ.
God is a God of blueprints or patterns. In the book of Revelation we see the Ark of the Covenant in the heaven. This heavenly ark represents the prototype and archetype of the perfect ark.
The great work of the church is to duplicate through examples and copies on the earth, the original and unflawed archetypes and prototypes of God’s objects in the heavens.
This was the greatness of Moses’, whose ministry was devoted to building on earth the examples and copies of these prototypes or models.
Heb 8:5 who, by an example and shadow, are offering the divine service of the celestials, according as Moses has been apprized when about to be completing the tabernacle. For see, He is averring, that you shall be making all “in accord with the model shown to you in the mountain.”

The immensity of Christ is that In or Inside of Him exists every model, pattern, prototype and archetype of all which God the Father has created. This is why Paul boldly says that Christ is all things in all.
1Co 1:30 But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who of God is made to us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption;
Christ is made in to all of these things on behalf of the church.
Paul does not tell us that Christ gives us wisdom, or righteousness or sanctification. He is made into these things by fact that all archetypes dwell in Him.
Col 1:20 and through Him to reconcile all to Him (making peace through the blood of His cross), through Him, whether those on the earth or those in the heavens.”
Reconciliation is to bring back to the original archetypes and models all things before sin came and messed them up.
Christ has the right to reconcile because the models and prototypes of God’s creation in their perfect state exist in Him.
To be healed is to revert back to the prototype of health which God created before sin was introduced.
It is not so much that a person gets healed. It is more that she has been reconciled back to God’s prototype for wholeness.
As Christ is revealed, every model, and archetype of God’s originals become revealed along with Him, because they exist in Him. Not only are they revealed, but Christ has been made into these very things. The more revelation of Christ the more that He becomes or is made into these things. Its automatic.
This then must be the focus of the Christian’s life.
What is the role of the Father in the Godhead? Part of our answer is found in the following scripture
1Co 12:6 and there are apportionments of operations “energema”, yet the same God Who is operating all in all.”
This complex verse is translated from the Greek, in the following way.
“For there are diversities of end results, outcomes, fruit, or products of what has been energized, yet it is the same God who is energizing the all in all.
This uncommon word “operation” or “energema” appears twice only in the Bible.
We see it the second time in verse ten.
1Co 12:10 To another the working “energema” of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
An energema is the end result, the outcome, or product, of something which has been energized. It is what is tangible and evident to the human senses because it has been completed and manifested.
It makes sense then, that we find energema when we discuss the miracles of God.
A miracle is the result, the outcome, the tangible and visible product of an invisible model or archetype which God has in the heavenlies.
We see that part of the Father’s role in the Godhead is to bring to manifestation and fruition the hidden models and prototypes of His unflawed and unmarred created objects. He is always energizing to do this.
Now, where are of the prototypes and models hidden? You guessed it. They are all in Christ.
We see the Father at work constantly energizing to manifest the creation through His Son. More so, His only real focus is to manifest His Son, knowing that unflawed creation dwells in Him. The Father longs to energize and reveal His Son through the believer, and with Him to show the perfections of heaven, which dwell in Him. This is part of the activity of the Godhead in the Christian.
Joh 17:23 I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one; that the world may know that you sent me, and loved them, even as you loved me.
It’s not so much about getting healed, or set free, or having money. All of the perfect models and blueprints are already in the Son. The more revelation, the more will be the healing, and the deliverance. It’s all automatic!
The Christian has this grave responsibility to his neighbor. All that his neighbor needs, as a matter of fact, everything that the world needs is already perfected in the Son who lives in the Christian. The church has all the answers!
The Father, who dwells in the Christian, desires to manifest His Son and the things in Him as tangible, completed products, results, and outcomes, to this lost and dying world.
Christian, now you know that the models and prototypes of all of God’s perfect creation lives in you, and that God the Father operates in a faith to always energize and manifest them, as He manifests His Son through you
