How To Obtain or Receive?

Eph 6:13  Because of this, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having accomplished all things, to stand.

Php 2:12  So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;

In the above Bible verses we find the secret to getting to your breakthrough, achieving your dreams, and obtaining. 

It is the Greek word, “katergazomai.”

in Ephesians, the words “having accomplished all things,” and in Philippians, “work out,” are instances of “katergazomai.”

Kata is a preposition that is defined as pulling something down towards you in order to make it yours.

Ergazomai, is defined as working professionally within your trade.

These two words put together, are defined as thoroughly and exhaustively working everything out in order to obtain. 

The principle of katergazomai leaves no stone unturned, does whatever is necessary to get the victory, works harder than anyone else, gets rid of every hindrance and obstacle, and constantly changes anything and everything that stops one from obtaining.

For most of humanity, whether they follow Jesus Christ or not, the concept of katergazomai is foreign.

People have been blindsided to accept of life which is far below what they were created for.

One reason is ignorance to the satisfaction and rewards that one gets when they have achieved.

Another is sheer laziness.

Another, is the desire for the false safety and comfort of not achieving or changing and remaining in the status quo, whether this works or not.

But change and the unknown are what makes life exciting.

Salesman and entrepreneur Grant Cardone says in his book the 10X Rule that people have vastly underestimated the effort that it takes to achieve their dreams.

He says that this one problem is at the center of many human crises.

The basis of the 10X rule is that you must work ten times harder, or read ten times more, or make ten times more phone calls than anyone else to get to your dreams.

Know what you want.

A focused life which pushes out most things to concentrate only on those that will get you to your dreams is a requirement.

Persistence and patience are needed.

This persistence and patience will be numbered in years.

Usually any business will not succeed without five to six years of hard, focused and smart work.

Never allow long term discouragement.

If you have a day where discouragement hits let it not last more than twenty- four hours.
